Snoring more test_diagnosis

There are many different options when it comes to decreasing snoring. One of the most unique comes from Australia where they’ve discovered that a little musical training might make for a quieter night.

You might be familiar with the didgeridoo, the aboriginal Aussie musical wind instrument with that unique low sound. Playing the didgeridoo results in a strengthening of upper airways. Learning to play the instrument can reduce snoring by decreasing the collapsibility of those airways.

That may sound like old-fashioned “folk wisdom” with a little scientific justification, but the results of serious study point toward the didgeridoo as a very real snoring reduction tool. A study published in a 2005 volume of the British Medical Journal reported less snoring, a reduction in sleep apnea, less daytime drowsiness and happier bedroom partners among those who started blowing on the didgeridoo.

Not everyone is musical and even if they were, not everyone would be interested in the didgeridoo. That’s why so many people are fascinated by finding other ways to reduce the aggravation and health risks associated with snoring and sleep apnea.
